Cotlet de cerb cu sos de fructe şi vin roşu
 O adevărată specialitate din carne de vânat! Se prepară simplu şi rapid, fiind deosebit de gustoasă!

Timp de preparare: 1 zi la marinat + 60 minute pentru garnitură
Pentru câte porţii?:
Ingrediente (pentru 3 porţii)
Pentru carne:
6 felii de cotlet de cerb
sare
piper negru măcinat
puţin ulei pentru prăjit
Pentru sosul de fructe:
zahăr
0.5 buc. pere
0.5 buc. mere
puţin vin roşu sec
aprox. 20 g unt
aprox. 20 g gem de afine
Pentru garnitură:
Gogoşele cu brânză
Mod de preparare
1. Se curăţă carnea. Se pune puţină sare şi piper, după gust. Se acoperă cu folie şi se pune în frigider pentru o zi.
2. Feliile se prăjesc bine în puţin ulei.
3. Merele şi perele se vor tăia cubuleţe şi se vor îndepărta seminţele.
4. Caramelizăm zahărul şi aşezăm deasupra fructele mărunţite.
5. Turnăm puţin vin roşu.
6. Se adaugă untul şi gemul de afine. Îngroşăm puţin sosul.
7. Feliile de carne se vor servi cu sosul şi gogoşelele cu brânză.
