Ciocolată fierbinte
 Regina dulciurilor. Una dintre preferatele fanilor ciocolatei este ciocolata fierbinte. Într-o seară friguroasă de iarnă puţine lucruri mai bune sunt decât aceasta. Se poate îmbunătăţi cu vanilie, dar cu puţin chili o „înnebuniţi” de-a dreptul.

Timp de preparare: 20 minute
Pentru câte porţii?:
Ingrediente (pentru 2 porţii)
Pentru băutura de ciocolată:
500 ml smântână dulce
100 ml lapte
200 g ciocolată amăruie de 65%
80 g zahăr brun
Pentru ornare:
frişcă, ciocolată răzuită
Mod de preparare
1. Într-o oală se pune smântâna, laptele, zahărul brun şi se începe fierberea, amestecând periodic.
2. După ce compoziţia dă în clocot, adăugăm ciocolata mărunţită şi, prin amestecare continuă, se mai fierbe o dată.
3. După ce a fiert, se ia ciocolata de pe foc, se toarnă în pahare şi se va servi ornată cu frişcă.
