Cartofi scăzuţi
 Ce se poate scrie ca recomandare despre vechiul papricaş de cartofi? Această reţetă e excelentă! Încercaţi şi Dumneavoastră!

Timp de preparare: aprox. 90 minute
Pentru câte persoane?:
Ingrediente (pentru 4 porţii)
4 linguri de ulei
1 buc. mare de ceapă
2 roşii
1 buc. mare de ardei
2 căţei de usturoi
aprox. 50 ml de apă
2 linguriţe de boia
1 linguriţă de chimin măcinat
750 g de cartofi curăţaţi
750 ml de apă
200 g de cârnaţi
piper negru măcinat
sare
Mod de preparare
1. Se curăţă ceapa şi se toacă mărunt.
2. Curăţăm cartofii, îi tăiem în bucăţi lunguieţe, îi clătim şi îi lăsăm în apă.
3. Ardeiul şi roşiile îi tăiem cubuleţe.
4. Încălzim ulei într-o tigaie, adăugăm ceapa tăiată. Când ceapa devine „sticloasă”, adăugăm ardeiul, roşiile, usturoiul, după care turnăm apă.
5. Punem sare şi piper, adăugăm chiminul măcinat şi boiaua. Fierbem baza obţinută cam 5 minute, până când roşiile se călesc.
6. Peste această bază aşezăm cartofii, turnăm apoi apă şi la o temperatură medie fierbem cartofii aproximativ timp de 45 de minute.
7. Înainte cu 10 minute ca mâncarea să fie gata, adăugăm feliuţele de cârnaţi.
8. Cartofii scăzuţi se pot săra şi pipera după gust.
9. Cartofii trebuie serviţi calzi. Poftă bună!
