Swimming Pool Cocktail (video)

Swimming Pool is a very popular sweet, feminine digestive cocktail. Nice, cool and silky in a slightly coconut flavour.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

For how many glasses?:

Ingredients for 1 glass

4 cl / 1.6 fl oz white rum
4 cl / 1.6 fl oz Bols vodka
2 cl / 0.8 fl oz Bols Blue Couracao
4 cl / 1.6 fl oz coconut syrup
4 cl / 1.6 fl oz cream
4 cl / 1.6 fl oz pineapple juice
cocktail ice

Preparation

1. Fill up a long drink glass with crushed ice. Put some cubes of ice into the shaker, too. When the glass cools down, pour the icy water off.

2. Pour the ingredients into the shaker and shake well.

3. Pour the drink in the glass.
