For how many glasses?:

Ingredients for 1 glass

4 cl / 1.5 fl oz Bols lemon vodka
1 cl / 0.5 fl oz Bacardi 151° or 80% rum
1 slice of lime
1 barspoon of brown sugar

Preparation

1. Slice the lime then slit the slices along the grain of its fibres, so that the melted brown sugar can flow through it.

2. Pour the lemon vodka into the glass.

3. Place the lemon slice on the vodka, then heap a barspoon of brown sugar on the slice, after pour down with 80% rum and finally light it.

4. When drinking, the guest will blow off the flame, drink the cocktail at one sip, finally bite on the lime with the melted brown sugar on it.
